You lead a local team of schedulers, coordinators, clinical managers, and sales reps, supported by central AI tools. Every day you make data-driven decisions on staffing and scheduling, converting referrals into served patients. This role blends startup intensity with platform scale, requiring you to build systems, hit numbers, and win your market.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Drive census growth by partnering with sales to convert referral pipeline into admitted, scheduled, and served patients.
  • 2Run daily operations across scheduling, staffing, clinical compliance, and service delivery using dashboards and exception reports.
  • 3Own compliance, survey readiness, and clinical quality for your market, partnering with centralized teams.
  • 4Hire, develop, and lead your market's operations team, building bench strength ahead of volume.
  • 5Sequence hiring and training to support growth, not just maintain current operations.
  • 6Set clear expectations, coach through structured routines, and make performance calls when needed.
  • 7Serve as the feedback loop between field operations and AI product teams, sharing insights on workflow automation.
  • 8Be the voice of your market to leadership, reporting what works and what you need to win.
  • 9Balance speed and accuracy in decision-making, using data to allocate resources daily.
  • 10Build a culture of ownership and high standards, modeling the founder mindset.

Requirements8

  • 15+ years leading teams in complex, multi-stakeholder operational environments.
  • 23+ years managing P&L or owning operational metrics.
  • 32+ years hiring and scaling teams at pace, with specific sourcing strategies and process changes.
  • 4Proven track record of making tough performance decisions: coaching plans, demotions, terminations.
  • 5Strong analytical toolkit, building simple models to diagnose root causes.
  • 6Comfort with Excel, SQL, or comparable data tools for operational analysis.
  • 7Experience in multi-site service businesses or PE-backed operating companies preferred.
  • 8Military experience or healthcare background a plus, but not required.
