What You'll Do6
- 1Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive student assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- 2Conduct intake evaluations behavioral assessments and ongoing data collection to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- 3Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- 4Train supervise and collaborate with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure consistent application of intervention strategies
- 5Collect analyze and interpret data to measure treatment effectiveness and inform decision-making processes
- 6Communicate regularly with families educators and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and provide updates on progress

- 1Board certified Behavior Analyst or Board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- 2Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred
- 3Special education experience preferred
- 4Proof of US citizenship or legal resident/alien status
