You will own the full clinical cycle for children on the autism spectrum across Plainfield, NJ and surrounding regions: functional assessments, individualized program design, and direct supervision of ABA therapy teams. You will coordinate with school administrators, child study teams, and families to extinguish maladaptive behaviors and build replacement skills. This school-based role sits on a collaborative clinical team reporting to NJ State and Regional Directors, with a performance-based bonus program designed to reward clinical excellence.
