What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble BMS components on a production line, maintaining quality and speed.
  • 2Operate assembly machinery and hand tools to fit parts per specifications.
  • 3Inspect finished assemblies for defects and report issues to supervisors.
  • 4Move materials and finished products, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • 5Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel toe shoes and other PPE.
  • 6Work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on-4-off rotation, including nights and weekends.
  • 7Document production output and participate in team stand-ups.
  • 8Cross-train on different stations to support line flexibility.

Requirements7

  • 1High manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • 2Mechanical inclination or prior experience as a machine operator.
  • 3Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • 4Steel toe shoes required (must be worn on the job).
  • 5Clean background and clean drug screen.
  • 6Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with college experience a plus.
  • 7Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
