What You'll Do11
- 1Blend products and collaborate with team to meet blending assignments
- 2Monitor blending quality and coordinate task completion efficiently
- 3Maintain safe workplace standards following PPE and regulations
- 4Complete accurate documentation and record chemical lot numbers
- 5Receive and unload bulk chemicals from tankers rail cars and barges
- 6Assist in investigating out-of-specification materials
- 7Load finished goods onto tanker trucks as required
- 8Perform lean material handling and disposal
- 9Clean spills and maintain tidy blending area
- 10Inspect tanks and piping systems reporting issues as needed
- 11Carry out maintenance tasks and practice good housekeeping
Requirements9
- 1Merchant Mariner Document license for barge unloading
- 2High school diploma or GED plus 1-3 years relevant experience
- 3Valid driver’s license and certified forklift operator
- 4Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- 5Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- 6Ability to handle group and individual assignments
- 7Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- 8Understanding of written instructions and strong judgment
- 9Demonstrated reliability and grit
