What You'll Do16
- 1Comply with all safety processes and procedures
- 2Inspect product to verify conformance to customer specifications
- 3Record all ingredients received and used during each shift
- 4Measure and blend ingredients according to batch sheet instructions and monitor blending process
- 5Operate auxiliary equipment such as weigh scales and conveyor systems
- 6Ensure blender is maintained in a sanitary condition
- 7Recommend measures to improve methods equipment performance and product quality
- 8Analyze production problems and assist team members in solving them
- 9Maintain process control paperwork
- 10Ensure test pieces are fed through metal detector per SOP frequency
- 11Operate packaging equipment like conveyors tape machines and hand jacks
- 12Set up and break down machine(s)
- 13Disassemble clean and sanitize equipment and work area
- 14Obtain required paperwork for shift such as scale verification batch blend and time blend
- 15Train new employees and general laborers on duties needed to maintain line
- 16Perform general labor duties and other tasks assigned by management

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience with food safety regulations
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 45+ years operating blenders and packaging machinery
- 53-5 seasons working in high-volume production environments
- 65+ years maintaining sanitation standards
- 72+ seasons training new hires
- 81+ season troubleshooting equipment issues
- 92+ seasons documentation of shift activities
- 101+ season adherence to HACCP guidelines
