  • 2Build biophysical capabilities end-to-end scope need evaluate technologies qualify instruments write SOPs prepare validated workflows for autonomous execution
  • 3Partner with roboticists integrate manual SPR/BLI workflows into reliable high-throughput autonomous protocols sample handling plate setup sensor chip management data pipeline integration
  • 4Create rigorous data analysis QC frameworks kinetics fitting binning heatmaps developability flags interpret results inform customer decisions
  • 5Integrate biophysical data with orthogonal characterization thermal stability nanoDSF/DSC aggregation monomericity HPLC SEC DLS polyspecificity provide integrated developability picture
  • 6Work directly with customers scope characterization campaigns communicate results translate scientific questions into executable assay plans
  • 7Maintain rigorous ELN records drive reproducibility across every assay deployed

Requirements10

  • 1Ph.D. biochemistry biophysics structural biology or B.S./M.S. with 6+ years hands-on industry experience
  • 2Deep hands-on SPR BLI expertise instrument operation assay development data analysis avidity mass transport regeneration surface capacity fitting model selection
  • 3Experience developing and qualifying biophysical assays from scratch method validation troubleshooting
  • 4Understanding antibody structure function therapeutic antibody discovery developability process
  • 5Strong documentation habits attention to detail drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
