Bilingual Recruiter, Staffing & Client Relations in Dallas
Overview
Own the recruitment cycle for bilingual roles within the apartment industry at scale in Addison, TX. You will source, screen, and place qualified candidates while building strong client relationships. What You'll Do8
- 1Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels
- 2Screen candidates via phone and in person interviews and match skills to client openings
- 3Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment steps for new hires
- 4Maintain accurate applicant records within the ATS and ensure data integrity
- 5Follow up with candidates and clients to manage expectations and drive timely placements
- 6Nurture strong relationships with clients and employees to support ongoing hiring needs
- 7Meet recruiting goals while delivering high levels of customer service
- 8Support payroll and administrative tasks as needed and ensure compliance
Requirements6
- 1Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or human resources experience preferred
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Strong organizational and time management abilities
- 4Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- 5Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- 6Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
