Requirements11
- 15+ years building programs in youth development
- 2Experience supervising staff and providing professional development
- 3Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
- 4Ability to work in diverse communities
- 5Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
- 6Clear background check and fingerprinting
- 7CPR/First Aid certification
- 8Experience with after school camp administration
- 9Preference for DYCD contract experience
- 10Availability for field trips and community events
- 11Physical stamina to stand partially during shifts
