What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers as they enter and guide them through the store flow.
- 2Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using the phone system.
- 3Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- 4File patient records daily and pull files for the next day's appointments.
- 5Check order status and notify customers of arrivals or delays.
- 6Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
- 7Process insurance information from managed care plans and document it.
- 8Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries, and maintain office supply inventory.
Requirements7
- 10-2 years of related experience or training preferred.
- 2Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
- 3Experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative preferred.
- 4Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
- 5Strong customer service skills required.
- 6Strong organizational skills required.
- 7High School Diploma or equivalent required.
