Bilingual Field Recruiter - Cleaning Facilities Services North Carolina
Overview
We seek a motivated bilingual recruiter to lead recruitment for cleaning and facilities service roles across North Carolina. The recruiter will own end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding while building strong community relationships. What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct full-cycle recruitment for janitorial and facilities service positions
- 2Source candidates through community outreach job fairs referrals social media and local organizations
- 3Travel to job sites community events and hiring locations to engage potential candidates
- 4Screen applicants conduct interviews and assess qualifications for open positions
- 5Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes while maintaining communication with hiring managers
- 6Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands
- 7Assist candidates with employment documentation and onboarding requirements
- 8Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- 9Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- 10Drive initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 3Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 4Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 6Physical stamina to travel frequently stand and engage at events and lift materials up to 20 pounds
- 7Experience with Microsoft Outlook and applicant tracking systems
- 8Knowledge of local community resources and organizations
- 9Familiarity with recruitment software platforms
