What You'll Do10
- 1Learn GEICO products and how to sell our benefits to potential customers
- 2Quote and close prospect sales leads with superior service
- 3Engage new prospects and follow up on leads
- 4Service existing accounts and ensure customers complete buying decisions with the right information
- 5Identify cross selling opportunities during retention calls
- 6Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
- 7Represent the GEICO Exclusive Agent and meet marketing goals
- 8Maintain punctuality and stay with quotes to completion
- 9Handle up to 75% phone time with high energy and strong people skills
- 10Work schedule 10 30 5 00 Monday to Friday with potential to move to 9 5 after licensing and training
Requirements11
- 1GA Insurance Producer License Preferred
- 2Employer willing to pay license expense for right candidate
- 3Highly motivated and self driven
- 4Good customer service skills or prior experience
- 5Strong attention to detail with time management and decision making
- 6High level of dependability
- 7Ability to work in a fast paced high call center like environment
- 8Strong computer typing and grammar skills
- 9Multitasking skills
- 10Prior sales experience and strong customer service background preferred
- 11High School Diploma or equivalent College Degree preferred
