Overview
GA Insurance Producer License preferred, employer covers license cost for the right candidate. You will own a local GEICO portfolio, engage with exclusive leads, and drive sales and service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with the agent to hit marketing goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role emphasizes relationship building, high energy, and strong data recall to close quotes. What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with prospects and current customers to identify insurance needs
- 2Quote and close prospect sales leads with superior service
- 3Engage new prospects and follow up on leads
- 4Service existing accounts and support customers through the buying process with accurate information
- 5Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls
- 6Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- 7Be on the phone up to 75% of the day and maintain a high-energy, people-focused demeanor
- 8Work a 10:30-5:00 pm shift with potential to move to 9-5 after training
- 9Maintain data and details accurately across multiple quoting systems
- 10Stay punctual and see quotes through to completion
Requirements10
- 1GA Insurance Producer License preferred or willingness to obtain (employer pays)
- 2Highly motivated and self-driven
- 3Strong customer service skills or prior experience
- 4Attention to detail with time management and decision-making ability
- 5High level of dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 6Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
- 7Multi-tasking ability and comfort in a high call center environment
- 8Prior sales experience and strong customer service background preferred
- 9High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
- 10Background and credit check required
