- 4Maintain precise customer records in the agency's CRM system.
- 5Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes with speed.
- 6Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism.
- 7Proactively reach out for birthdays, policy anniversaries, and check-ins.
- 8Support the team in achieving monthly retention and growth targets.
Requirements6
- 10-2 years of customer service experience (insurance not required).
- 2Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- 3Strong listening and empathy skills.
- 4Detail-oriented with excellent organizational follow-through.
- 5Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty license.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent required.
