What You'll Do11
- 1Handle collection matters for Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations
- 2Communicate with property owners and other parties regarding outstanding balances
- 3Negotiate and establish payment arrangements and payment plans
- 4Follow up on delinquent accounts and outstanding payments
- 5Maintain accurate records and documentation related to collections activity
- 6Assist with day-to-day administration and management of collection files
- 7Handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion
- 8Provide excellent customer service while remaining firm and persistent
- 9Develop and execute collection strategies aligned with firm policies
- 10Collaborate with attorneys on complex collection cases
- 11Ensure compliance with state collection laws and regulations
Requirements10
- 1Previous collections experience within a law firm
- 2Experience handling collections for HOAs and/or Condominium Associations
- 3Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- 5Confidence speaking with people about overdue accounts
- 6Ability to remain professional and persistent during difficult conversations
- 7High organizational skills and attention to detail
- 8Capacity to work independently within a legal team
- 9Prior experience in a professional law firm environment
- 10Demonstrated ability to handle confidential financial information
