Beverage Equipment Service Technician, Seattle & Pacific Northwest
Overview
Be the on site expert for commercial beverage equipment servicing in Seattle and surrounding areas. You will own reactive service, preventive maintenance, and installation for non alcoholic beverage equipment at major corporate accounts. You will work Monday Friday with after hours and weekend on call rotation, supported by a GPS tracked service van and company resources. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and perform reactive service including troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues to achieve timely repairs
- 2Design and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime for high volume beverage systems
- 3Ship and install countertop beverage equipment for major corporate accounts
- 4Drive field service operations using LiquiServe dispatch software to log calls and deliver reports
- 5Own parts coordination, inventory management, and timely delivery or pickup of equipment and components
- 6Scale remote service practices by processing service call information and maintaining accurate paperwork weekly
- 7Debug equipment issues, provide on site customer training, and document outcomes for the client
- 8Lead remote coordination with the corporate office in New Mexico to ensure compliant service delivery
- 9Support after hours and on call rotations to meet customer expectations
- 10Ensure safety and proper lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs and maintain vehicle readiness for daily routes
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Valid Driver’s License with clean Motor Vehicle Report
- 3Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive for long periods
- 5Experience in service and installation of espresso, drip coffee, liquid coffee, juice, fountain and/or water filtration equipment (preferred)
- 6Knowledge of basic electricity, heating, refrigeration, water quality and filtration principles (preferred)
- 7Comfort with remote work using dispatch software and maintaining organized paperwork
- 8Reliable vehicle for commuting to Seattle and surrounding areas
- 9Availability for after hours and on call weekend rotations
- 10Successful candidates receive a GPS tracked service van, cell phone, training, and required parts
