Requirements10
- 1Active Texas Registered Nurse license or eligible through compact state license
- 2Current Basic Life Support certification
- 3De-escalation Training: Handle with Care certification
- 4Knowledge of behavioral health principles and treatment modalities
- 5Understanding of insurance plans PPOs and managed care processes
- 6Minimum one year inpatient behavioral health experience
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic documentation systems
- 8Familiarity with local mental health resources
- 9Experience with data analysis and reporting
