What You'll Do5
- 1Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 2Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case
- 3Communicate frequently with family members via session debriefs and provide home and community strategies
- 4Collect daily data and organize child program books weekly
- 5Maintain confidentiality of child and family information in compliance with regulations
Requirements5
- 1Passion for working with children families and therapists with at least 2 years experience in special needs settings aged 2-21
- 2Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 3Excellent communication abilities with children families and supervisors
- 4Physical ability to travel drive walk and use public transportation
- 5Ability to lift 10 pounds climb stairs and work in low positions for extended periods
