What You'll Do5
- 1Build and implement behavior-analytic services using evidence-based practices to support children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
- 2Document session data to track progress toward family-defined treatment goals.
- 3Collaborate with families and supervisors to develop individualized care plans aligned with client needs.
- 4Follow Cortica crisis protocols including de-escalation techniques and mandated reporting procedures.
- 5Drive scaling initiatives to expand service delivery while maintaining high standards of care.
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading behavior analytic teams
- 3High School diploma or higher with bachelor's or master's degree
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius
- 5Tech-savvy proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- 6Ability to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of hire
- 7Willingness to work onsite in Boston Massachusetts
- 8Strong communication skills and ability to work in a transdisciplinary team
- 9Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic approaches
