Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist - San Francisco
Overview
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes across Alameda County. Work with neurodivergent children to build communication and independence. What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes using naturalistic, evidence-based methods
- 2Apply PRT techniques during play and daily routines to teach communication and social skills
- 3Implement data collection and goal systems designed by your case supervisor
- 4Collaborate with the clinical team through in-person and Telehealth sessions
- 5Track client progress and adjust strategies with supervisor feedback
- 6Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
- 7Communicate with families and caregivers to reinforce progress
Requirements8
- 16+ months experience with children or individuals with developmental delays
- 2Bachelor's degree or RBT certification preferred
- 3Valid CA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- 4Pass DOJ/FBI background check
- 5Available 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM weekdays
- 6Currently living in or near Oakland, CA
- 7Open to feedback and team collaboration
- 8Physically able to engage in play-based services (sitting, running, floor time)
