Overview
You will deliver ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental challenges in home and community settings, implementing treatment plans directed by a BCBA. You will manage a caseload of clients, document sessions, and collaborate with families. This role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and a clear path to RBT certification. What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings, implementing individualized programs per treatment plans.
- 2Record session data, write session notes, and input timesheets to track client progress.
- 3Build rapport with clients and families while coaching parents on goal reinforcement.
- 4Communicate case updates, schedule changes, and availability to supervisors.
- 5Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings to refine therapy techniques.
- 6Complete training and competency checks to obtain RBT certification if required.
- 7Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and timely family communication per Kadiant policies.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old.
- 2RBT certification or 1+ year experience with children strongly preferred.
- 3U.S. work authorization and cleared background check.
- 4Reliable transportation and ability to travel 25 miles for assignments.
- 5Physical capacity to lift 30 lbs, sit, stand, kneel, and run with children.
- 6Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication.
- 7Organized, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- 8Fluent in English, written and verbal.
