Before and After School Program Director
Overview
Lead latchkey program for K through 6 students at Macomb Township schools. Oversee morning and afternoon sessions Monday through Friday. Seeking energetic individual with experience managing groups of up to 18 students independently.
What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise up to 18 school age students with ratios up to 1:18
- 2Complete daily sign in and sign out procedures with families
- 3Lead homework time games crafts and free play
- 4Manage student behavior using positive guidance techniques
- 5Maintain full compliance with licensing health and safety regulations
- 6Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- 7Coordinate with ECE Subhub team to fulfill program requirements
Requirements5
- 118 years or older with high school diploma or GED
- 2Associate's degree or CDA certification
- 3Prior experience working with school age children in classroom camp latchkey or similar settings
- 4Ability to manage independent group of up to 18 students
- 5Reliable transportation to Macomb Township location
Salary Insight
$35 - $40k per year
