Beaverton Warehouse Handler, ERP/MRP & Inventory Control
Overview
The Material Handler supports production and warehouse operations by accurately managing materials, inventory, and shipments at Beaverton. You will pull and stage production kits, process inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP system, and ensure precise records to keep manufacturing running smoothly. You will work with a small team in a hands on environment focused on quality and reliability. This role offers direct impact on day to day operations and opportunities to grow within a dedicated logistics and production team.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and stage production kits based on work orders and BOMs using ERP/MRP tools
- 2Verify material quantities and part numbers before releasing kits to production to ensure accuracy
- 3Process inventory and work order transactions in the ERP/MRP system
- 4Monitor kit availability and address material shortages by coordinating with Purchasing and Planning
- 5Perform scheduled and cycle counts and enter results into the ERP/MRP system
- 6Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate variances as required
- 7Receive completed assemblies from production and verify against work orders
- 8Process production receipts, close work orders, and route finished goods to inspection or storage
- 9Receive and verify incoming vendor shipments against purchase orders
- 10Prepare finished goods and spare parts for shipment and generate shipping documentation and labels
Requirements10
- 11+ years of experience using ERP/MRP systems to process inventory and work order transactions
- 2Strong inventory handling, order picking, and material handling skills
- 3Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- 4Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30–50 lbs safely
- 5Basic computer skills including email and ERP/MRP software navigation
- 6High level of attention to detail and accuracy when verifying quantities and documentation
- 7Ability to perform counting tasks and pick work orders with urgency and precision
- 8High school diploma or GED
- 9Ability to sit, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the day including lifting up to 50 lbs
- 10Experience with shipping processes and cycle counts is a plus
