- 1Build Client Relationships by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customers feel valued
- 2Share Your Product Expertise across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances and stay updated on trends
- 3Customize Recommendations based on individual client needs and skin types
- 4Conduct product demonstrations and provide application tips to enhance customer experience
- 5Drive Sales through communication of product benefits and promotions and encourage loyalty program participation
- 6Support Inventory Management to maintain product availability and organized store environment
- 7Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops
- 8Share Feedback & Insights with management for continuous improvement
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry
- 2Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3Passion for beauty and staying updated with trends and products
- 4Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- 5High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus
