- 9Build and maintain strong personalized relationships with customers and colleagues
- 10Share deep product expertise across skincare makeup haircare and fragrances
- 11Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored recommendations
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 35+ years experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 42-3 years retail management experience required
- 5Advanced authority in successful retail team leadership
- 6Strong interpersonal skills and passion for beauty trends
- 7Physical ability to stand walk and lift 25 lbs
- 8Frequent use of computers handheld devices and cash registers
