What You'll Do8
- 1Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging for each child, using ABA principles.
- 2Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care, providing weekly feedback and support.
- 3Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth through regular communication.
- 4Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment, adjusting tactics based on data.
- 5Lead monthly team huddles to review patient progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
- 6Conduct assessments and write reports for initial and ongoing evaluations, using tools like VB-MAPP.
- 7Provide training to RBTs through the Everest Program, earning mentorship bonuses for each team member.
- 8Participate in research initiatives with the Action Institute to advance clinical quality and transparency.
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience as a BCBA in early intervention or pediatric settings.
- 2Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- 3Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- 4Experience supervising RBTs and providing direct therapy in home or center-based settings.
- 5Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans.
- 6Familiarity with ABA assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS.
- 7Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- 8Willingness to relocate to Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Minnesota, Illinois, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Indiana, or Ohio if applicable.
