What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans using Central Reach.
- 2Conduct FBAs and design innovative ABA programs that address each client's unique needs.

- 4Provide parent education and collaborate with families, schools, and specialists to support the whole child.

- 7Implement treatment plans that meet billable hour expectations while maintaining quality care.

- 1Certification as a BCBA with the BACB.
- 2Pass a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam.
- 3Receive immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding.
