BCBA, ABA Therapy in NC Hybrid Role with RBT Support
Overview
The BCBA will own development and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans for children in North Carolina at scale, across in-person and telehealth settings. You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and skills assessments, and collaborate with families and school partners. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on coaching, in a hybrid model that supports flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and measurable goals
- 2Lead Functional Behavior Assessments and skills assessments for each client
- 3Develop behavior intervention plans and data-driven treatment modifications
- 4Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs and treatment team members
- 5Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust plans to ensure progress
- 6Provide caregiver and parent training and ongoing support
- 7Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to ensure consistent care
- 8Maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical documentation
- 9Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
- 10Ensure services meet BACB standards and applicable regulations
Requirements8
- 1Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- 2Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 3Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities
- 4Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention
- 5Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- 6Ability to work independently while collaborating with clients, families, and clinical team members
- 7Genuine passion for helping children and supporting families
- 8Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

$85 - $115k per year
