Overview
We seek an energetic Bartender to craft and serve beverages while delivering exceptional customer service at Murano by Ferraro. You will create memorable experiences through mixology and beverage presentation in a fast-paced lively setting. What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring consistency and quality
- 2Engage guests in a friendly professional manner to enhance their experience and promote menu items
- 3Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- 5Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction
- 6Monitor inventory levels restock supplies as needed and communicate shortages promptly
- 7Handle cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately using POS systems
- 8Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
- 9Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify guest ages when necessary
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling
- 3Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- 4Knowledge of beverage recipes wine varieties craft beers and spirits and food pairing techniques
- 5Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- 6Previous experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is preferred
- 7Food safety certification or knowledge of proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- 8Basic math skills for cash handling retail math and inventory management
