Overview
You will own the bar at Anthony's Runway 84, a Fort Lauderdale staple since 1982, serving up to 200 guests nightly during peak season. You'll mix signature cocktails, manage bar inventory, and work alongside a crew of 15 in a renovated supper club. This role demands 5+ years in high-volume settings and a passion for hospitality.
What You'll Do9
- 1Greet bar guests and make waiting guests feel welcomed and acknowledged.
- 2Mix cocktails for the dining room and bar guests, using jiggers for signature cocktails.
- 3Maintain correct pars of beers, wines by the glass, juices, and waters in bar refrigerators.
- 4Keep the bar and front lounge clean and organized to meet Health Department standards.
- 5Requisition liquor, beer, and wine, keeping the bar stocked throughout service.
- 6Perform cash drawer checkout after each shift, placing cash payments in a separate envelope.
- 7Communicate issues like lighting or cooling problems to management immediately.
- 8Maintain expertise on the food, wine, and cocktail menus, and attend continued education classes.
- 9Leave the bar clean and fully stocked at the end of each shift.
