What You'll Do11
- 1Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 2Lead initiatives to streamline processes and optimize data workflows
- 3Drive improvements in customer satisfaction scores through proactive service
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- 5Maintain accurate guest profiles and manage reservation systems
- 6Support stylists by preparing retail displays and ensuring store cleanliness
- 7Implement solutions that reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
- 8Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
- 9Mentor new hires and foster a positive team culture
- 10Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
- 11Adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining high standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in customer service or hospitality
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Weekend availability required
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- 6Experience with POS systems preferred
- 7Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes environments
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 9Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 10Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
