What You'll Do11

- 2Design and execute beverage programs leveraging Spark and Airflow platforms
- 3Lead inventory management for Coffee and spirits using best practices
- 4Implement quality control processes ensuring consistency across all drink offerings
- 5Develop training programs for new hires emphasizing safety and customer satisfaction
- 6Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize menu offerings
- 7Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal specials including Signature Pick-Me-Up cocktails
- 8Maintain compliance with alcohol licensing regulations and company policies
- 9Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and reducing waste
- 10Ship products effectively during off-peak hours to ensure fresh inventory
- 11Foster positive workplace culture through mentorship and recognition programs
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience as barista or bartender in fast-paced environments
- 23-5 seasons managing shift schedules and team performance
- 3Valid liquor license or eligibility to obtain one
- 4Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- 5Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation
- 6Experience creating and executing beverage menus aligned with brand identity
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- 8Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams
