What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver five core service points to external customers while maintaining high accuracy standards
- 2Promote and sell bank products to achieve monthly targets exceeding $110 per FTEs
- 3Cross-sell appropriate services to clients and prospects
- 4Maintain all teller standards and control consciousness policies
- 5Process daily operational tasks under supervision including cash handling and ATM management
- 6Balance vault and assist with cash shipments
- 7Exercise sound judgment to protect assets and provide excellent service
- 8Take personal responsibility for work quality and quantity
- 9Complete regulatory tutorials and answer audit questions
- 10Support branch initiatives and collaborate with team members
- 11Meet attendance guidelines and demonstrate reliability
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of customer service experience
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified knowledge beneficial
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- 7Visual acuity including close and distance vision
- 8Sound decision making with constructive feedback
- 9Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods
- 10Experience with cash handling and banking systems
