What You'll Do6
- 1Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum, emphasizing ballet fundamentals and imaginative movement.
- 2Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions with clarity and warmth.
- 3Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
- 4Perform retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using the point-of-sale system.
- 5Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom, ensuring a magical space for all.
- 6Communicate effectively with management and administration, sharing insights and updates in a timely manner.
Requirements5
- 1Experience in dancing with a ballet background strongly preferred.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3Teaching experience preferred, showing ability to guide young children.
- 4Strong communication skills to interact with families and team members.
- 5Commitment to nurturing creativity and joy in children through movement.
