Children's Dance Instructor at Calex Sports Inc
Overview
We seek dynamic instructors to lead beginner dance programs for children ages five through ten across Bay Area schools. You will design engaging lessons deliver instruction using provided materials foster a supportive atmosphere and capture class photos. This role emphasizes direct interaction with students and collaboration with school staff.
What You'll Do7
- 1Teach classes using company lesson plans
- 2Manage groups of eight to sixteen students
- 3Create safe positive learning environments
- 4Attend two‑day unpaid training/shadowing session
- 5Take attendance and handle student sign‑in/out
- 6Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
- 7Provide a few class photos for program documentation
Requirements9
- 1Minimum age nineteen years
- 2Playing or coaching experience preferred
- 3USPT A or PTR certification is a plus
- 4Strong communication and classroom management skills
- 5Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- 6Authorization to work in the United States
- 7Complete TB test and Live Scan background check
- 8Submit photo and short biography for company website
- 9Reside in the Bay Area and be available for in‑person duties
