What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain efficient bakery operations using Spark and Airflow
- 2Scale production processes to meet high demand
- 3Drive quality assurance through proper handling and storage
- 4Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards
- 5Answer member inquiries and process special orders
- 6Generate accurate labels and perform price checks
- 7Clean and sanitize equipment and display areas
- 8Operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
- 9Follow production charts to ensure consistent output
- 10Ensure product freshness and compliance with quality standards
- 11Collaborate across departments to achieve operational goals
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2At least 18 years of age
- 3Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- 4Understanding of production and financial reporting systems
- 5Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently
- 6Commitment to maintaining gold member standards daily
- 7Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- 8Strong communication skills for member interactions
- 9Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
