Overview
You will use AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to complete and evaluate complex backend engineering tasks. Your assessments directly improve frontier model performance. You will work remotely with a team backed by Benchmark and General Catalyst, reviewing code for correctness, quality, and edge cases. This contract role pays $400 per accepted task.

Requirements5
- 12+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
- 2Experience building APIs, distributed systems, microservices, or databases.
- 3Regular use of AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
- 4Ability to evaluate model-generated code and identify bugs and architectural tradeoffs.
- 5Preferred: experience working on large-scale production systems.
