  • 8Recruit, hire, and train new Community Liaisons to build a high-performing team.

  • 10Present performance results to division leadership and contribute to the annual budget.

Requirements10

  • 110+ years in hospice or home health business development.
  • 25+ years leading business development teams.
  • 3Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4Proven track record in creating strategic marketing plans.
  • 5Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • 6Experience in strategic planning with executive and operational groups.
  • 7Deep professional network in healthcare preferred.
  • 8Demonstrated success in building new business and closing accounts.
  • 9Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • 10Ability to work with remote teams across multiple locations.
