Overview
Automotive Tire Technicians will install tires and perform tire services at scale across our Baytown area centers. You will join a large national tire and automotive service family that offers paid training and weekly bonus opportunities during the introductory period. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and perform tire services including rotations, balancing, flat repairs, and wheel installation.
- 2Drive quality service and meet delivery times while maintaining safety standards.
- 3Own day-to-day tasks with paid training and coaching to master shop processes.
- 4Provide accurate service recommendations and support customers through the repair process.
- 5Enhance shop efficiency by following standardized procedures and teamwork.
- 6Maintain clean, organized work area and safe equipment usage.
- 7Commit to customer satisfaction and timely service completion.
- 8Collaborate with teammates to achieve weekly bonus targets.
