What You'll Do5
- 1Install new tires and wheels while performing rotations balancing and flat repairs to ensure vehicle safety
- 2Provide tire services and earn commission payments based on weekly performance

- 4Scale service operations to meet customer demands and improve satisfaction
- 5Drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and effective communication
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing automotive repair teams
- 3Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds
- 4Certified in CPC Card or equivalent certification
- 5Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tire systems
- 6Strong teamwork skills and commitment to customer service excellence
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 8Background check and drug screening required
- 9Previous experience in automotive repair preferred but not required
- 10Valid passport or work authorization documents
- 11High school diploma or equivalent
