Overview
As an Automotive Tire Technician you will install tires and wheels, perform rotations balancing and repairs at our Austin service centers. You will join a large nationwide team that values reliability teamwork and safety. This role offers paid training a base hourly rate and weekly bonuses during the introductory period. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and perform tire services including installations rotations balancing and flat repairs to maintain vehicle safety
- 2Own the completion of service tasks with accurate documentation and timely customer communication
- 3Design and execute tire maintenance and safety checks aligned with store standards
- 4Ship services efficiently to meet customer promised delivery times
- 5Drive a safe work environment by following company procedures and safety rules
- 6Scale personal skills through on the job training and coaching during the introductory period
- 7Lead by example in providing best in class customer service and teamwork
- 8Collaborate with sales and service teams to promote products and services
- 9Improve shop efficiency by following standardized processes and using available tools
- 10Support store operations during peak periods and open interviews when needed
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2Be able to work 5 days per week
- 3No prior experience required - paid training provided
- 4Motivation for performance based incentives and reliability in a fast paced environment
- 5Enjoy physical activity and staying active while handling tires and equipment
