Automotive Tire Technician will own tire installation, service, and safety checks at scale within a high-volume service center. You will join a state-of-the-art facility as part of a large national tire retailer. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and flat repairs with attention to safety and quality.
- 2Design and implement efficient tire services that meet promised delivery times for customers.
- 3Lead daily prep and shop organization to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- 4Ship wheel and tire services to customers while adhering to Mavis processes and standards.
- 5Drive continuous improvement by learning our proven processes and coaching others.
- 6Own completion of service tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements5
- 1Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2Able to work 5 days per week
- 3No previous experience required, paid training provided
- 4Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and physically active setting
- 5Interest in learning automotive tire services and customer service responsibilities
