Overview
Lead a grand opening team at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Spring, TX. As Automotive Store Leader, you own the daily operations of a high-volume tire and repair shop, from scheduling Mechanics to enforcing safety standards. You will coordinate with the Store Manager to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. What You'll Do10
- 1Enforce Mavis policies, procedures, and safety standards across all shifts.
- 2Schedule Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to match workflow.
- 3Manage outside orders and track job progress to ensure timely completion.
- 4Direct customer interactions for tire selection and under-car repair recommendations.
- 5Stage vehicle repair work to maximize bay utilization and meet customer expectations.
- 6Drive sales initiatives by assessing customer needs and closing sales.
- 7Oversee quality checks on completed repairs to ensure high standards.
- 8Train and mentor team members on Mavis service processes.
- 9Resolve customer issues to guarantee satisfaction and repeat business.
- 10Assist Store Manager with inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing duties.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in automotive parts or tire sales.
- 21+ year in automotive repairs or maintenance.
- 3Combination of education and training that demonstrates leadership potential.
- 418+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- 5Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 6Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 7Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions.
- 8Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed for grand opening.
Salary Insight
