What You'll Do12
- 1Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- 2Build strong customer relationships and create a positive service experience
- 3Serve as the main point of contact throughout the repair process
- 4Provide concierge-level support for customer questions and concerns
- 5Communicate vehicle repair recommendations timelines and updates clearly
- 6Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index scores at or above standards
- 7Oversee service orders and help manage workflow within the service drive
- 8Distribute repair orders efficiently between technicians
- 9Assist customers with vehicle maintenance recommendations warranties and repair information
- 10Help ensure technician productivity and daily labor sales goals are achieved
- 11Support diagnosis of vehicle concerns and coordinate parts or tools when needed
- 12Participate in training and ongoing process improvement initiatives
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
- 3Strong communication and customer service skills
