What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and consultation
- 2Follow up with customers about services and provide accurate completion estimates
- 3Create detailed repair orders and source parts efficiently
- 4Supervise technician inspections diagnose repairs for domestic European and Asian vehicles
- 5Maintain inventory counts and handle administrative duties as directed
- 6Drive sales initiatives using strong communication and relationship skills
- 7Oversee daily operations ensuring safety efficiency and profit accountability
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 1 year automotive experience
- 2Must live within commuting distance of Dallas Texas
- 3Driver's License preferred
- 4Relocate to Dallas before starting work
- 5Strong POS computer and internet proficiency
- 6Ability to work 10 hour shifts starting at 7:30 AM
- 7Experience with auto estimating software
- 8Commitment to team collaboration and customer satisfaction
