Horne Kia seeks experienced Automotive Sales Consultants and Internet Sales Consultants to drive revenue in Phoenix. Candidates will earn a $4,000 guaranteed base plus uncapped monthly commissions while supporting a high-volume inventory of over 800 vehicles. This role offers unlimited commission potential and a family-owned dealership environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across showroom internet phone and digital channels
- 2Convert leads into qualified customers through proactive outreach and relationship management
- 3Present vehicles demonstrate test drives and negotiate final purchases
- 4Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM system
- 5Drive account growth by identifying and nurturing repeat business opportunities
- 6Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily weekly and monthly targets
- 7Utilize dealer portal tools to track inventory and performance metrics
Requirements7
- 15+ years automotive sales experience including internet sales
- 2Bilingual English Spanish proficiency preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license required
- 4Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in fast-paced environments
- 5Strong communication skills and persuasive closing techniques
