What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain statistical process control charts to monitor production metrics
- 2Design and execute corrective action plans addressing root causes of defects
- 3Utilize 6 panel review techniques to assess quality status
- 4Conduct measurement systems analysis to validate process capability
- 5Drive continuous improvement projects targeting variation reduction
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives
- 7Implement automated reporting dashboards for real-time visibility
- 8Train junior staff on SPC best practices and analytical techniques
- 9Analyze data trends to predict potential quality issues before occurrence
Requirements5
- 15+ years manufacturing quality experience
- 2Black Belt or Green Belt Certification
- 3Knowledge of Assembly, Machining and Gear processes
- 4Experience with GSAR, Global 8D, Statistical Tools, Data Analytics and BSAQ
- 5Preferred experience with statistical process control methodologies
