What You'll Do6
- 1Build and manage relationships with technicians wholesale repair shops and retail customers to ensure seamless parts transactions
- 2Look up order receive and bill the correct part the first time using industry best practices
- 3Perform weekly bin counts to maintain accurate perpetual inventory
- 4Keep the parts department neat and organized
- 5Lift at least 50lbs to fulfill orders and maintain workflow
- 6Drive improvements in customer satisfaction through proactive communication
Requirements7
- 1Self motivated team player capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- 21 year automotive parts experience preferred but not required
- 3Excellent customer service skills in a fast paced environment
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Proficiency with CPC Card and BCBA certifications
- 6Strong knowledge of AWS and React platforms
- 7Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration
