What You'll Do8
- 1Install service alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices
- 2Maintain clean organized hazard free work environment
- 3Conduct customer training and provide phone support
- 4Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments
- 5Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities
- 6Manage weekly work hours ≤ 40 hours and communicate with management
- 7Uphold confidentiality data security and regulatory compliance
- 8Handle vehicle to vehicle transfers and additional duties as assigned
Requirements12
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Proficient in 12‑volt DC systems such as GPS remote starts stereo and backup camera installations
- 3Skilled in wiring connectors programming electronic devices using diagnostics multimeter testing and circuit analysis
- 4Experience servicing head units logger boxes cameras modems and curly cords
- 5Knowledgeable in Ignition starter and Body Control Module BCM systems
- 6Hands‑on experience with vehicle dashboards interior panels removal and restoration
- 7Capable of secure device mounting ensuring concealment clearance from moving parts
- 8At least one year customer facing experience providing phone support training and ensuring client satisfaction
- 9Ability to download log files perform calibration updates and deprogram devices
- 10Strong communication skills focused on client satisfaction and technical support
- 11Demonstrated ability to maintain shop cleanliness perform vehicle to vehicle transfers and support regional operations
- 12Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
