What You'll Do11
- 1Enforce policies and standards while leading teams to ensure efficient safe operations
- 2Schedule mechanics technicians and manage outside orders to maintain productivity
- 3Ensure quality timely completion of jobs and exceed customer expectations
- 4Direct alignment technicians and tire technicians to streamline repairs
- 5Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car services
- 6Drive sales initiatives and communicate directly with clients
- 7Assess customer needs and provide detailed repair information
- 8Maintain positive workplace culture and prioritize employee safety
- 9Utilize AWS Certified solutions for cloud-based inventory management
- 10Implement Kubernetes for scalable application infrastructure
- 11Optimize processes using React for internal tools
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading automotive service teams
- 31 year experience in tire sales or automotive repairs
- 41 year experience in mechanical maintenance
- 5AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 6BCBA certification preferred
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Valid driver's license
- 9Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 10Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Salary Insight
$40 - $65k per year
