What You'll Do11
- 1Enforce policies procedures standards schedule mechanics technicians manage outside orders ensure quality timely completion of jobs meet customer expectations and maintain team member safety
- 2Assist customers with tire selections recommend under-car repair services deliver timely high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance direct workflow of mechanics alignment technicians and tire technicians stage repair work
- 3Drive sales initiatives communicate directly with customers assess repair needs provide information ensure satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations
- 4Utilize Python AWS React Kubernetes to build scalable solutions
- 5Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize supply chain processes
- 6Implement safety protocols across all service bays
- 7Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- 9Develop training programs for new hires and existing staff
- 10Manage budget allocations and cost reduction strategies
- 11Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading automotive service teams
- 3Certified CPC Card or BCBA
- 4Proven track record of increasing sales through consultative selling
- 5Expertise in React web applications for internal tools
- 6Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration
- 7Strong leadership skills with 2+ years supervising technicians
- 8Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 9Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- 10Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 11Commitment to customer service excellence
Salary Insight
